Returns and Refunds

1. No Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.

2. Size Exchanges (10-Day Window) We want you to love the fit of your set. If the size you ordered isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or direct size exchange within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (14-Day Window) If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email us at support@misabi.co with photos of the damage.

  • Once inspected, we will send a replacement of the same item/colorway at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return To begin a return for size or damage, please contact support@misabi.co with your order number.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@misabi.co with your order number and photos or the item(s) received. We will ship a replacement.
