Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, restocks), processing times may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States)
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if offered)
    •    Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

If you currently do not ship internationally:

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping will be added in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to MI SABI due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
    •    We will contact you via email
    •    Additional shipping costs to re-send the package are the responsibility of the customer

MI SABI is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Weather events
    •    High-volume seasons (holidays)
    •    Unexpected disruptions outside our control

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, ownership is transferred to the shipping carrier.
MI SABI is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Order Changes After Checkout

We cannot guarantee order changes once the order has been placed, as it may already be processing.
